I’ve been a believer my entire life but my faith has only become deeper and more important to me with every passing year. Since I retired I have the time to really dig deep into God’s Word, be an active participant in Bible studies and have found the more I learn, the more I realize there’s still so much more to understand. Your substack is such a gift. No matter what your message is, it helps keep my heart and my eyes focused on the only thing in life that truly matters. Thank you for your commitment to teaching and preaching even in this format that is reaching so many across the U.S. May God bless you, David.
Thank you for writing a clear post about seeking God and finding Him. I especially appreciate this very practical approach to reading the Bible. "Start small. One chapter a day for 90 days. Luke, John, Acts, Romans—that’s 89 chapters. Use my old SEAD method: Slowly, Expectantly, Audibly, Daily. Do that, and you’ll be surprised how much ground you’ve covered and how alive it feels."
